When formed in 2003, LandMark Surveys was based on a foundation of over twenty years' surveying experience in Government and private organisations as well as construction management involving civil, large and small scale building and commercial fit out projects. This experience enables Landmark Surveys to understand the process and staging of any project, to communicate with developers, project managers, builders, consultants and trades people and offer innovative and efficient solutions to ensure we provide a valuable contribution to any project.

Since its' foundation, the company has grown based upon a model of employing high quality staff. Active participation in training and Continued Professional Development ensures our staff are suitably qualified to provide a broad range Surveying and Spatial Information services.

We operate from professional office space, with modern hardware and software for survey calculations and drafting to permit data exchange to meet our clients requirements.

Modern total station surveying instruments are complimented by Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) / Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) for aerial surveying and mapping.

Since 2009 LandMark Surveys have offered underground utility service detection and mapping. We have electro-magnetic detection equipment supported by hydro-vacuum (non-destructive) excavation equipment.

LandMark Surveys has an established track record of delivering projects across the state.
