Development Applications
If you are lodging a Development Application (DA) for redevelopment (i.e. for Building work on previously developed land), a survey may need to be provided at the time of lodgement of your DA. The survey must be prepared by a registered surveyor and show; the boundaries of the land being developed, the location of each building or structures on the land and the existing contours of the land.
Upon completion of the development project, a survey certificate will need to be prepared by a registered surveyor stating that the development is in accordance with approved plans. Top of page
