Subdivision Survey

A subdivision involves the division of a parcel of land in single title into separate blocks of land. A subdivision can be as small as dividing a single lot into two smaller lots, or can involve large Greenfield sites which are divided into hundreds of smaller lots. A subdivision requires a registered surveyor to measure and re-deterine the existing property boundaries, calculate and peg out the new property boundaries and prepare a plan to be lodged with the relevant Government authority. Plans are increasingly being lodged electronically and LandMark Surveys has experience and capability to lodge plans electronically.
